Ash-Hanson moved back to the original 1923 location across from RJF International Corporation in Oak Grove. "This customized facility was designed and remodeled to enhance the services of bridal coordination and floral design for weddings, parties, corporate functions and special events." says Marcia Stewart, granddaughter of the original founders.

This area of the business has grown tremendously through the years and has become a large part of day-to-day business operations. "We have been involved in over 3200 weddings and hundreds of corporate events," Stewart continues. "At this time, we have chosen to specialize. In 1923, Ash-Hanson began selling vegetable and flowering plants and that was what the people wanted. However, over time, we have continually changed and enhanced services for our customers who tell us they want wedding, corporate, and special event services."

With many floral shops in the area to service the daily requirements of customers, specializing is one way to make sure that the family business maintains traditional quality and service along with loyalty to corporate and bridal customers. At the new location, Ash-Hanson Flower Shop and Wedding Innovations continues to service customers by appointment only.
